  • 1st Filipino doctor to perform the 1st abdominosacral resection of the rectum (Kraske operation) in the Philippines (1932)
  • Together with Drs. Jose Eduque, Andres Zavalla, and Pangilinan, they are the 1st Filipino doctors to perform a modified synchronous combined abdominoperineal operation (1935)
